Your profile
We are seeking a smart and highly motivated self-starter to enhance our Investor Relations function, based in Dublin. Investor Relations are the primary point of contact for investor requests and queries.
Responsibilities
Working as part of the Investor Relations team, the Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for ensuring our investors continually receive the highest level of service. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting ongoing engagement with existing and prospective investors, helping to deliver a professional and consistent investor experience.
- Managing investor queries promptly and efficiently.
- Working closely with our administrator on all investor services related matters.
- Working closely with other teams/departments to ensure the timely and effective delivery of investor reports and other deliverables.
- Completion of investor due diligence documents to a very high standard.
- Preparation for investor meetings: agenda, internal meeting notes and collateral.
- Attendance / participation at investor meetings and management of follow up deliverables.
- Participating in interdepartmental projects.
